Hi. I'm Lien Nguyen.
I'm a survivor of childhood sexual abuse. Daughter of Vietnamese immigrants. Someone who knows what it means to live through violence, trauma, and addiction and still keep showing up.
I spent decades surviving without understanding why I was different and felt broken. I tried the therapy. The books. The retreats. The five a.m. routines. Nothing touched the place underneath.
When I finally started to heal, I finally learned the truth. There was nothing wrong with me. Only what happened to me.
I built this because traditional healing spaces were never built for people like us. The overlooked. The unseen. The people who always had to be strong and figure things out.
